- Candidates should, in the country, region or community they represent, be active and recognized authorities on enterprise interoperability or related fields.
- The working group should not include more than two members belonging to the same organization (e.g. university, institute or company) unless they are active in different disciplines.
- Candidates must be recommended by at least two working group members.
- The CV of the candidate is required for consideration.
- The working group board decides on acceptance of the candidate.
- The member must respond to e-mails from the working group board.
- The member must apology if he or she cannot participate in a working group meeting.
- Every three years, the member must participate in at least one meeting or make a significant contribution to the activities of the working group. Exceptions to this rule are allowed if the member demonstrates that he or she has a valid reason to not participate to the meeting.
